This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Astral Align collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it deliberately minimal: we collect only what a reading needs, we do not collect email addresses, and we never sell your data.
Astral Align has no accounts and no email login. When you complete a purchase, we issue a random, unguessable order link (a long token with at least 128 bits of randomness) that unlocks the reading(s) you paid for. The token is not derived from your birth data, name, or any other personal information — it is generated independently and cannot be reverse-engineered from your details.
Your browser stores this token (in local storage) so the link keeps working on your device. Anyone who has the link can view the readings it unlocks — treat it like a password: keep it private, and only share it (for example, over a messaging app) if you intend the recipient to see your reading. If you lose the link, we have no automatic way to recover it; contact support and we will do our best to verify your purchase manually (for example, using your payment ID or transaction hash) and reissue access.

Our own analytics are cookieless and do not track you across sites, and we use only strictly necessary storage needed to run the site securely (including the order-link token described above). When you make a purchase, NOWPayments' checkout page may use its own cookies or similar technology necessary to process your payment and prevent fraud, under NOWPayments' own privacy terms.
This section applies to California residents. In the past 12 months we have collected these categories of personal information: your birth details (date, optional time, and place) used to generate your reading, identifiers (such as your IP address and the random order-link token described above), commercial information (records of purchases, processed by NOWPayments), and internet activity (basic, cookieless usage analytics). We collect this only to provide the Service described above and do not use it to build profiles about you.
We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA, and we have not done so in the past 12 months. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information beyond what is needed to provide the Service.
Subject to law, you have the right to know, access, correct, and delete your personal information, to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" (which we do not do), and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To make a request, email support@astral-align.com from any address and describe your order; we verify requests by confirming details of the purchase (for example, the order link/token or payment ID), and we aim to respond within 45 days. You may use an authorized agent, who must provide proof of authorization.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, Astral Align is the controller of your personal data. We process it on these legal bases: performance of a contract (to calculate and deliver the reading you request) and our legitimate interests (to keep the Service secure and working, and to prevent fraud).
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing, to receive a portable copy of your data, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. To exercise any right, email support@astral-align.com; we aim to respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
International transfers. Astral Align serves users worldwide; where we transfer personal data out of the EEA or UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (with the UK Addendum) or another lawful transfer mechanism.
We retain personal data only as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA and UK). If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date on this page.
