Welcome to Astral Align. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Astral Align website and our astrology and Saju (Four Pillars) self-reflection readings (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Astral Align provides personality, astrology, and Saju-based readings for entertainment and self-reflection only. The Service is not, and must not be relied upon as, professional advice of any kind — medical, legal, financial, psychological, or otherwise. It does not predict specific life events. We accept payment in cryptocurrency solely as a payment method. Nothing in a reading is investment, trading, or financial advice, and Astral Align makes no claims, predictions, or guarantees about cryptocurrency or any other asset's price movements or profits.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase. The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. See our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the birth date, time, and place you enter, and you understand that readings depend on that information. If you enter another person's birth details, you confirm you have a lawful basis to do so and, where required, their consent. You agree to use the Service only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes, and not to rely on it for any decision that calls for a qualified professional.
Paid readings are digital goods delivered electronically and generated on demand. Prices are displayed in USD and paid in cryptocurrency (currently ETH, XRP, or USDT), converted at the exchange rate shown at checkout. Payments are processed by NOWPayments, a crypto payment processor, in non-custodial mode — payment is forwarded automatically to our wallet. Your order is fulfilled once your payment is confirmed on the applicable blockchain (the number of confirmations required depends on the network and the amount).
Because payments are made on a public blockchain, a confirmed transaction cannot be reversed, charged back, or recalled. Refunds and redelivery are governed by our Refund Policy. Because readings are digital and generated for you at purchase, sales are generally final once we have begun supplying the reading, except as described in that policy and as required by law.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: attempting to disrupt, probe, or reverse-engineer it, scraping or reselling its content, or using it in any unlawful way. Readings are provided for your personal, non-commercial use.
The Service, its content, and its design are owned by Astral Align or its licensors. Your individual reading is provided for your personal use; the underlying templates, software, and brand remain ours.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Astral Align will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the reading in question.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Astral Align and its operators, contractors, and suppliers from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of any law or third-party right.
We may suspend or end your access to the Service at any time if you misuse it, breach these Terms, or where necessary to protect the Service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution — continue to apply after your access ends.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer-protection laws that apply in your place of residence. The courts of the Republic of Korea will have jurisdiction, except where the mandatory consumer law of your home country gives you the right to bring proceedings there.
If you have a concern, please contact us first at support@astral-align.com — most issues are resolved quickly and informally. If we cannot resolve a dispute within 30 days, either of us may bring the matter before the courts identified above. Any dispute will be handled on an individual basis; to the fullest extent permitted by law, you and Astral Align each waive any right to bring or take part in a class or representative action. Nothing here prevents you from exercising non-waivable rights or using a small-claims court where available. Payment-processing disputes may also be raised with NOWPayments in parallel, but this does not replace contacting us first.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in full effect, and the unenforceable provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may assign ours to a successor, for example in a merger or sale of the business.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, make up the entire agreement between you and Astral Align regarding the Service, and replace any earlier understandings.
