Refund Policy

Astral Align sells digital astrology and Saju self-reflection readings, delivered electronically and generated on demand, paid for in cryptocurrency.

1. Digital goods and crypto payments

Payments are processed by NOWPayments, a crypto payment processor. Prices are shown in USD and converted to your chosen cryptocurrency (ETH, XRP, or USDT) at checkout; NOWPayments forwards the payment automatically to our wallet in non-custodial mode. Astral Align, not NOWPayments, is the seller of your reading. Because payment is made on a public blockchain, a completed transaction cannot be reversed, charged back, or recalled once it has been confirmed on-chain — this is a property of the payment network itself, not a policy choice we can override.

2. When we will consider a refund or redelivery

Even though on-chain payments cannot be reversed, we will consider a redelivery, a goodwill resolution, or (where practical) a return payment to a wallet address you control in cases such as:

• Technical failure — you paid but the reading failed to generate or was not delivered, and we cannot promptly fix it.
• Duplicate payment — you paid more than once for the same order.
• Material defect — the delivered reading is materially broken (for example, empty, corrupted, or clearly not the product described at checkout).
• Underpayment or overpayment — the confirmed on-chain amount does not match the invoiced amount, as reported by NOWPayments.

3. What is not refundable

We generally will not refund or redeliver simply because you disagree with, or did not enjoy, the interpretive content of a reading. The product is explicitly for entertainment and self-reflection, and its output is subjective by nature (see our Terms of Service). Astral Align readings are not investment, trading, or financial advice, and are never refunded on the basis of cryptocurrency or other asset price movements.

4. How to request a redelivery or resolution

• Email support@astral-align.com within 14 days of purchase.
• Include your order link/token and, if available, the payment ID or transaction hash shown by NOWPayments, plus a short description of the issue.
• We may ask you to demonstrate control of the paying wallet address for verification.
• Because crypto payments cannot be reversed on-chain, approved resolutions are handled as redelivery of the reading, a goodwill credit, or — only where a technical failure is confirmed — a manual return payment to a wallet address you provide. Processing time depends on network confirmation times.

5. EU/UK consumers: right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a digital purchase. Because your reading is digital content supplied immediately, at checkout you give your express prior consent to us beginning supply right away, and you acknowledge that you therefore lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once supply has begun. This consent is required for immediate delivery and does not affect any other non-waivable statutory rights — for example, if the reading is faulty or not as described.

6. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the mandatory laws of your jurisdiction.
